By creating an account or accessing ChessNova, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
User Conduct
In interactive and competitive modes (such as Puzzle Duels), you are strictly prohibited from using third-party engines or software to cheat. Harassment, spamming emojis, or abusive behavior toward opponents will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
API & AI Usage Limits
ChessNova provides robust AI analysis tools. Any attempt to use automated bots or scripts to flood our servers with bulk requests (spam requests), thereby overloading our Stockfish system, is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All user interface designs (UI/UX), graphics, branding, and interactive lessons are the exclusive intellectual property of ChessNova. Chess positions (FEN strings) and the official rules of chess remain in the public domain.
Disclaimer of Warranties
ChessNova is continuously being developed and updated. We provide the service on an "as is" basis and do not guarantee that the platform will always be 100% bug-free, uninterrupted, or error-free.
